  Wasn't impressed, the lady I spoke too over the phone made tons of excuses why they wouldn't take my case. Then she was Actually defending the insurance company for breaking contract and doing everything in their power to screw me over. I could blatantly here the contempt in her voice and her snickering as I explained the ways the insurance company tried deceiving me. Didn't even offer an face to face consultation. I presume it's because there was no injury is why they didn't take my case. I felt degraded for how she made it as though the way I was treated and the low-level of service that I had thrown at me was an acceptable by the Ins. Co.. Being taken advantage of with lies and deceitful practices, breach of contract is just poor handling and I should file a complaint with the State Department of Ins. if I felt that they didn't do their job as they should have..........I can't speak in regards about any of the other staff, just the lady that gave me no name......
