  Shook us down for tens of thousands of dollars. Drug out the process for many, many months. After around two years of this, we were told he needed another twenty some thousand. We could not afford any more. We were dropped as clients immediately, with the case left in limbo. We reasearched it a little and decided to file a motion on our own behalf. This resolved the case entirely. During the research we discovered just how badly the entire case was handled. Use this guy at your own risk!!!

  Mr. Alexander is most helpful, however he is hard to reach because his personnel do not relay messages to him and also refuse to set up appointments to speak with him. I was told she will not set up an appointment to waste his time. Excuse me, ensuring my husband's safety is not a waste of time! Additionally, Jeannie is rude, and incredibly unprofessional. Jeannie also hung up on me. I reached out several times for my husbands discovery packet and she mentioned that it is not a priority of hers and that she is busy and too busy to care if he get his discovery packet on time. It is sad because Mr Alexander is very straight forward and overall a good attorney but the staff he keeps very unprofessional! All who have been incarcerated know how important it is to have the legal paperwork submitted timely.

  Morgan Alexander is an attorney that knows his profession. He is honest,& will give you all options, whether pleasant or not, he will cover all bases. A real professional. What a relief to find an attorney that's always looking out for his clients.
