  Not great at communicating during the case. I went a full month with no response despite multiple calls and emails. I eventually had to contact the main office to get someone to reply, instead of being able to reach my direct lawyer with the contact info I was given. There is also a lack of transparency regarding financial status. I did not receive several invoices during my case, so I had no idea my funds were already depleted. When I was asked to pay at the end of the case, I was hit with a surprise bill. The office blames their invoicing system, but it felt like it was done purposely to gain more money.
