  I recently saw another review from a guy relating to my situation but figured I'd still give them a try. Went to Ed for traffic violations issues. I did my consultaion two weeks ago in which he stated he would contact the court during the call..He did not sound confident nor did he sound like he wanted to help...I finally sent my first email in which his assistant stated he's out of town and will contact me on his return. NO CALL...I contacted them again in which he called only to go over what we went over during the consultation. He acts as if he don't care so I told him that I was no longer interested in his services. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. It seems like if you have legal insurance through your employer, they're likely not going to want to help.

  Ed Montgomery is absolutely the worst attorney I have ever hired. Doesn't communicate or follow up with phone calls. It's been 5 years and he has stalled the case for so long that I lost everything. And to believe I am the one that hired him.He will damn sure take your money and then fold up faster than a lawn chair. So if you're looking for a good attorney to represent you with an executor of estate case, I would damn sure run from this guy. Hey Ed, hope you enjoyed spending the easiest $3,500 you ever made. We both know you didn't do a thing to earn that money. Karma, karma, karma

  I highly recommend anyone going through a step-parent adoption / custody case to take the time to meet with Betty Hardy. She has made what seems to be one of the most stressful and exhausting times in our lives, simple. Regardless of the question, she had an answer. She is very sharp in and out of the court room. Ms. Betty has brought so much justice to not only our daughter but to our entire family. The staff at the firm (Connie is usually who helps us) are very professional, easy to talk to and are personable. 10/10 recommend for anyone!
