  Having already gone through a lot of the process of getting squatters out of my house by doing it Pro Se.. I was very UNSUCCESSFUL. I contacted Scott Lauck, Attorney at Law, and explained to him my situation. Mr. Lauck was cordial, professional and very knowledgeable about my situation. Scott Lauk quickly took ahold of my case and swiftly got the squatters out of my house. Scott Lauck also got the judge to award damages and back due rent.   Mr. Lauck help us with our quitclaim deed when we were getting ready to move onto some family property in 2022. He was the only lawyer out of dozens I had contacted that was willing to help me. He was professional and got it back to me pretty quick. We had no issues with the document after filing it and getting our mortgage. We will definitely use him in the future for anything we may need.

  Scott helped me with the process of evicting a tenant recently and I will use his services again in the future. He was very professional and took the time to explain the process to me. He was also affordable and available to answer my questions. First lawyer I’ve worked with that actually picked up the phone and got back to me in a reasonable amount of time.
