  Caught a case n made the news and I instantly thought to call honeycutt. He got my class b felony dropped and didnt have to do no jail time and kept fines low. If you need a good lawyer with good knowledge in the court system, definitely call up Honeycutt .

  Highly rude and disrespectful cutting me off did not allow me to get in any of my questions I guess he spoken to someone completely different about an inmate he is representing and I was just baffled by the disrespect even raised his voice highly unprofessional so sorry for anyone who has him and a public defender

  I was visiting family from Austin, TX, when an unfortunate thing happened, and I ended up behind the gated community of Sebastian County Jail. I was referred to Mr. Honeycutt. Even though my case dragged on for over five months, Marvin was always there for me, ready to answer all my questions and provide legal advice. In the end, he managed to get all my felony charges dropped. There are quite a few attorneys in Fort Smith. What distinguishes Mr. Honeycutt from the rest is his remarkable ability to connect with and understand the people he works with (prosecuting attorneys and judges) very well and effortlessly grasping what motivates them.
