  Tripp was very helpful on a 20 minute first phone call about how to deal with a piece of property I own with my daughter, in terms of dealing with/distributing the property value and ownership upon my death, or before it. He didn't charge me anything for this conversation, and it was helpful to chat through a couple of options. I would definitely use him for any paperwork I might need to file to address how to deal with this.

  I contacted Halbertlaw about 5 pm a month ago. Tripp (Charles Halbert) answered the phone. He was professional, sincere and wise as he listened to the painful legal issue I needed help with. He referred me to a colleague to help me. The colleague followed through on Tripp’s recommendations. Tripp recently contacted me to make sure I had gotten the help I needed. I am very grateful for Mr. halbert’s generosity, kindness and wisdom.

  Hannah and Tripp were incredible to work with. They guided us through every step of creating our operating agreement, forming our LLC, and finalizing our lease agreement.   My wife and I live on the west coast and have family property in Arkansas. We needed legal representation to negotiate an easement with the neighbors who are selling their property. It's very challenging to find an attorney when all you have to rely on are reviews and your intuition and experience to select the right attorney.
