  My wife and I live on the west coast and have family property in Arkansas. We needed legal representation to negotiate an easement with the neighbors who are selling their property. It's very challenging to find an attorney when all you have to rely on are reviews and your intuition and experience to select the right attorney. We could not have been happier (or more fortunate) to work with Charles (Tripp) Halbert and his team. Being across country is challenging enough, but the peace of mind that Tripp gave us throughout the entire process was the best I've ever had working with any attorney. What I appreciated most was his approach to fair and simple pricing. He offered us a flat rate for the services he provided with the understanding that if things changed and required additional fees, he'd let us know up front so there were no surprises. That's rare, and very much appreciated. I really enjoyed working with Tripp. He's dependable, professional, and reliable. I've worked with a few attorneys in my life and can honestly say with no hesitation or any reservations that you will be well served working with Tripp. Highly recommend!

  Tripp was very informative, took multiple calls from my wife and I, answered all of our questions. Without us even being under contract. Gave us a veterans discount as well. Would work with them in the future.
