  When the attorney and his assistant I chose left this office, it went downhill. Horrible communication skills. Never answered emails. Never returned phone calls. I've dealt with the Ft. Smith office as well as the Fayetteville office for years and do not recommend either location. Terrible experience. I was even told through email, my case is not priority and when they get around to answering a question I had they would contact me. I was a paying client!! Please, don't give them your money to represent you.
