    After having waited an ENTIRE YEAR for information about a case I sought help in, the ONLY communications I recieved from this office, even after multiple in person visits to retain updates, was a letter saying they could not assist in my claim any longer and a letter stating to seek other counsel before the statutes of limitations were up. This is the most unprofessional outcome and year worth of interactions I've had to deal with.

    Mr Schwartz was amazing he was 100% there for me for anything that I've ever needed even outside of my case. Josh took the initiative to step in, figure out what was going on, and got the issue resolved within just a few days.
