- RSReginald StickneyJan 23, 20261.0They didn't even trying to listen to me n understand I have a learning disability I was in special ed all my life and I don't know a lot of stuff from my lack of education I was forcing to taking a plea deal after I said in Opp Alabama I have a learning disability and I have a mental disorder I know I can get help from somewhere but no one is helping me and this was a criminal offense that they charged me with and I kept saying that I don't understand a lot and asked me was I forced into it I said yes because I don't understand nothing they illegally search my car they were saying that I had a permit driving license they started to tow my car they said that they have to do and then they turned around and started searching my car and I say I do not consent you searching my car because I'm in a town that I do not know and I'm surrounded by five white offices that word lieutenant like 1:00am in the morning they didn't allow the body cam footage in the court because I didn't go to trial at that time but I need help
