  I am a former and future client of Attorney Jeff McKinney and Butler. I was in a car accident June 2022 and I was introduced to Attorney Jeff by a acquaintance Mr. Allen Mr. Jeff took my case with no problem I was on my way to work turning to the parking lot. When I had a seizure while going into work and didn't even know what had happened. Mr Jeff fault real hard for me to win my case I came out very SUCCESSFUL WITH MY CASE. And Mr. Jeff was and still is the BEST Attorney I had EVER HAD. I recommend Attorney Jeff McKinney and Butler for all your needs and concerns. If he can't get it done TRUST ME he will send you to someone who can. When my Disability Lawyer passed I called Mr. Jeff and he pointed me in the right direction.   After paying Jeff McKinney $500.00 for two (one-page) letters, he would no longer speak with me (as soon as the check cleared). Regarding Jeff's assistant, she talked down to me three times; and when I finally addressed that with her (i.e., the fourth time), it led to a heated exchange in which she screamed at me, interrupted me, and hung up on me. When I informed Jeff about the way his assistant addressed me (condescendingly), Jeff sent me an email chastising ME (again, this was after the $500.00 check cleared). Also, Jeff told me I did not allow him to talk (in our hour-long meeting)... however, in reality, I sat there while he talked 99.999% of the time, giving me almost no chance to ask any questions (until the very end). In a nutshell, I do not recommend McKinney and Butler LLC; there are plenty of law firms in Huntsville, AL in which respect is a two-way street between attorney and client.

  Mr. McKinney does what he says and never gives up. Everyone is kind and helpful. Very highly recommended.

  10/10 Jeff is very sweet, nice. He’s very understanable with what’s going on, he keeps you well informed about everything. being responsive, compassionate, strategic, or explaining complex processes clearly.
