  Conwell Title and Escrow went above the norm to assist me in my recent home purchase. I purchased a home without the use of a relator which was all new to me. Laura Burris provided an example of a simple contract which was required to proceed with purchase. Seller and myself, determined our agreements and documented what each would be responsible to uphold. We provided to our support team and off went the process. This went incredibly fast! The lending team coordinated with Conwell Title and Escrow and we went to closing in less than a month. Yes, that is correct. Laura was exceptional in supporting me as they provided recommendations to walk this through. I highly recommend them as everything was disclosed and I knew exactly what my closing cost would be.   Conwell Title and Escrow is a great team to work with for your closings! The owner, Joseph Conwell, was on vacation in Mexico when my multiple closings happened in one day. The day before I had a question and called his cell phone forgetting that he was out of the country. He called me back that day from vacation to make sure that everything was ok and see if he could help!

  Joseph, Marty and Debbie went above and beyond for me. I was in a1031 exchange with a two-day deadline and they made sure everything was processed and completed, even if it meant staying after hours to make it happen. They made me feel as if I were their most important customer! I highly recommend them.

They are available for questions before real estate closings and make the entire experience enjoyable for all parties involved. I can't recommend Joseph and his team enough!
