  Thad is an exceptional attorney. He is laid back until he's fed up. He"s representing me in a child custody case. We weren't even supposed to go to trial but when we found out we had to go to trial the same day, he was ready. I've hired other attorneys for my case but he was the best by far. He was so on point. Thanks Bill

  I hired this so-called lawyer to appear in court with me and take my case. He wanted a $3500 retainer fee, so I gave him $3000 upfront. He came into court, almost late, sat down, objected to 2 statements, and that was the only time he spoke up. After court, he tells me I need to just comply with what the other party is requesting of me, like I had no other options, when I knew there were other options. He just seemed like he didn't want to put in the effort to even try anything for me. He has been retained as my lawyer for only 2 days at this time, and literally got paid $3000 to walk into court to tell me the same thing the opposing party told me. This is not a lawyer you want to take to court with you, because he isn't working for you, if he is agreeing with the opposing party right away. So, I decided to have him remove himself from my case and to return any unused monies to me. (Mind you, he only "worked" my case for 2 days). He told me there was no money to return, because I had paid him to do what he did. HE DID NOTHING. I advise anyone looking for a lawyer to definitely not hire this one. When hiring a lawyer you need one that is going to be on your side and work for YOU. If you do hire him, I definitely wouldn't pay him much upfront, because that's what he wants, you're money. He won't have your best interest at heart.
