He never informed us about the process of the appeal, any status changes nor the outcome. The only reason that I am writing today, specifically, is that I just saw on PACER-myself- that the appeal was dismissed- in December! I have yet to receive a call, a letter, an email giving me any type of information. And I’m not the client, but he hasn’t heard anything at all. I don’t expect miracles from him but I, at the least, expected a return call or email. That’s just common decency.
