- GTGeorgia Trammell3 days ago1.0I will not go into details but I will recommend you to please, please contact other attorneys, especially if you have been injured or involved in a car accident, they will tell you that it’s your choice if you want to go to court but then in mediation (this being the first time ever even meeting your attorney) that “well you know this is really the best option and this is going to be the most you will receive if your lucky”, this after you spoke with your attorney the day before because believe me they don’t care about your mentally, physically and financially changed forever unless like our attorney said “it would be different if you lost a leg or something”, I am so glad this is over but I am begging you to seek another attorney because I think we had 3 or 4 different ones, whom I only met 2 one time. They don’t care how our lives are changed forever, FOREVER, please do not sign anything with this company until you search elsewhere. You should never have to settle for the bare minimum just for them to get what they want because they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Tina is the only one who cared. Bernie didn’t care about us, he was just interested in getting us to settle for nothing, thank you Bernie for making sure your pocket is full while a entire family will suffer the rest of our lives… YOU FAILED US. Happy Thanksgiving and it’s taken almost 2 years for this, had I known I could have gotten better on my own.. I would have fought myself and did a better job, but there are much better attorneys than this, please do your homework..these are the only photos we have access to, the insurance company has the others, we were hit with dangerous “from admission” and harmful, unsecured products that not only totaled the car, caused physical and mental damage to us and the driver fled the scene, drove by us multiple times to from what we were told “gather their evidence” and this lawyer didn’t care, so seek someone else who truly cares, because they will convince you that you need to take the offer. BS. Our lives are ruined, I’m glad you can sleep good Bernie because God doesn’t like ugly..
