Farris , Riley and Pitts talked to Medicare and worked with the insurance company. We ended up having to use theirs and ours both because surgery was expensive . If it had not been for the help of the wonderful people at Farris, Riley and Pitts we would not have received needed surgery! I give them a thanks and A+.

He was very patient and attentive with me throughout the entire case. He and other staff members really did their homework, gathering all the details of the accident, my injuries and treatment, and the costs I incurred while I received treatments. A staff member from their firm called me after every procedure to get an update on my condition. They were able to negotiate the medical costs to be paid from my settlement, allowing more of the proceeds to be paid directly to me. And I never paid the attorney or firm a penny out of my own pocket, from the day they accepted my case until the time we received a settlement.
