I had health insurance, paid my deductible, paid my co-pay and now they are trying to say I have an outstanding balance from over a year ago! I asked for a small reduction in an attempt to pay and they also refused a reduction! You do everything right and you still end up getting screwed! After all of this they ended up hanging up on me with no resolution.
