  Where do I begin…Mrs. Beverlye Brady and her staff are AMAZING. You must see for yourself. She literally takes you under her wing as if you are her loved one. They provide excellent communication throughout the whole process. The office environment is so relaxed, peaceful, and inviting. I absolutely love and appreciate the work this Law Office does and I will highly recommend them. Mrs. Brady and her staff are such sweet people. They care about you and they care about your well being. Mrs. Brady is LITERALLY a God send.

  If your reading this you are most likely searching for lawyer dealing with family court matters. Well look no further! Elaine Thomaston, is a wonderful choice for advocacy. What made me choose Elaine? At our initial consultation, she was client focused/orientated. She didn't sell me a dream. I was representing myself (Pro Se,) during the time of my consultation. I had a hearing right after. Elaine looked at me and said "no matter the outcome today, you remain calm and thank the judge for his time". That advice coupled with some pointers and court etiquette suggestions, spoke to her character as an attorney. She didn't have to do any of this...but she did! No matter how good or bad the case looked she NEVER promised a win/good outcome. (always remember in family court there are no wins/losses) She is not in it for the money. Although she is worth every penny. I don't regret choosing Beverlye Brady & Associates. When I hired Elaine, it wasn't like now that I retained her she turn on the switch to work mode. Elaine had the same attitude from consultation to the end of the case. The professionalism was top tier. I will say this, Elaine and everyone are always willing to be "all hands on deck" if need be. Elaine always answers emails and calls, and if she not available she will get back to you at her earliest convenience. Elaine has told me hard truths, even if it was something I did not want to hear but it was for the best. Results of these matters take time. Have faith in this team whether good or bad they will advocate to ensure that you are receiving the best possible outcome. MOST importantly Elaine is client centered. She is not money driven. With that being said you don't have to worry about her doing anything for bill related purposes. I expressed to Elaine my desires to settle in mediation. Some how I was leaning towards trail and Elaine said "Well lets see how mediation works out. I'm a big proponent for mediation" (trail cost way more than mediation)(disclaimer my case could have went either way, I'm not saying that this will be your outcome). I would go into details but I don't want to give away any of her "secret sauce". Elaine gave me a hug at the end of my settlement. She assured me that just because my case had come to an end that I can reach out to her at anytime. I recommend Beverlye Brady & Associates. Although Elaine was my attorney they all are equipped to get the job done. I would never forget this time in my life and Elaine.

  This firm is a joke. I saw Beverlye at my first appointment and didn't see her again until the day of mitigation and she wanted ME to fill her in on MY case. Money and time wasted at this firm. Do not hire this firm if you are looking for help. You won't get it!!
