- JAJackson AdcockApr 23, 20261.0Jon Riley was my lawyers name and he was very disorganized the entire time. He clearly needs to go back to school and learn the law. I was very patient the entire time. Mind you i had to drive 3 hours to court each time. First court date was smooth. Second court date I drove down waited in line for 2 hours and he said “paperwork wasn’t done”. 3rd court date i went down and “the lady wasn’t there to fill out paperwork”. Finally got to go before Judge and get everything settled on march 30th. A couple days ago I received a letter in the mail saying my license will be getting suspended soon. He never mentioned this not once and this case has been going on for 8+ months. I emailed and he replied with “that shouldn’t happen, i’m out of the office and when i get back in tomorrow I Will call to see what’s going on.” He replied today saying that according to law if there’s a conviction then license still gets suspended unless i get a device in car. It’s been nothing but a headache. You’re better off representing yourself then using these people.
