My husband ended up with a deep contusion in his chest, bruised ribs, a torn rotator cuff, and plenty of bumps and bruises. The company wouldn’t even help him get workmen’s compensation for the weeks he was off. Seeing this, my husband decided to file a lawsuit and at least get his medical bills paid.
