I loved working with Julia and Yazzy. Both of these ladies were very helpful, they were quick and efficient. I dread calling insurance companies because its always a hassle and a long drawn out phone call. These girls got things done quick, answered all my questions and were beyond friendly. Brenda at the Heidi Washburn State Farm office, you are absolutely awesome!
We stopped in to add a new vehicle to our policy today and met Brenda for the first time. She handled the change to our policy quickly, made sure we were happy with our coverage, and left us feeling like we had been friends for a long time.
State Farm has been such a blessing to us, both the local and national offices. They handled our recent auto claim quickly and took the burden of processing and paying our claim and made sure we were taken care of even though the accident was the other driver’s fault. San Antonio contacted us to ask about the accident before I could even exit the car at the time of the accident. Talk about service!
