- DBDonna Benson4 days ago1.0I have had home and car insurance for over 50 years. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I am not even sure how he became my insurance agent as I have never met him or signed up with him.
- TWTom WeddellFeb 24, 20265.0They have great service and are always there when I need them in an emergency. I got in a bad accident and then got sued. They took care of my repair bills and court stuff for me. They will always have my business. Thanks again Allstate!
- DSDavid SilveyJan 5, 20263.0I know this extends beyond just my time with Allstate; but I have owned and lived in my house for over 13 years. Despite weathering numerous hail storms, this past year was hit by a storm with fist sized hail and fantastic winds. In these 13+ years, this is the only insurance claim that I've made other than one windshield repair (not even a replacement). My roof installers complained about Allstate's not accommodating necessary expenses while my homeowner's insurance immediately went from $165/month to over $280/month. I most certainly will be shopping for insurance... Previously, I was happy to do business with these folks. I'm sorry to have to say that after asking a few questions during the process and the responses I received, etc. I am no longer a satisfied customer.

Since the change i have booked 2 separate phone appointments in which both never happened. The third i called in and asked to talk to someone right then but still didn't get much help.
