  I have been a loyal client for years and always valued the transparency and trust I thought I had with this agency. Unfortunately, that trust was broken recently. After my policy was canceled via mail in December—which I inadvertently missed—I reached out to Jon Valentine in January to confirm my status. I was explicitly told via text that my policy was active and paid for. ​In reality, it had been canceled due to a minor accident by a household member and my use of roadside assistance for a dead battery. It is deeply disappointing that after years of a clean driving record, the communication was handled this way. It feels as though I was told whatever was most convenient for the agent at the time, regardless of the legal or financial risk it left me in. I will be taking my business elsewhere and cannot recommend an agency that prioritizes making their day easier over the actual coverage of their clients.

  Recently I've needed to complete a trust and have my policies transferred, and this has given me the opportunity to get to know Jon's office. Friendliest folks in town! Every time I visit, I leave feeling like my issues are resolved and my mind is at rest. Jon exudes patience and thoughtfulness, always makes sure you understand everything, and provides expert advice like you're his neighbor and he truly wants the best for you. If you live within reach of this office, count yourself lucky!

  Jon helped us move our policies from a different office and answered all our questions. We appreciate his staightforwardness and transparency. He is very knowledgeable, and if he is not sure he will find the answer for you. We feel he worked on our behave and did not just try to upsell us on anything, but informed us of our options to help us make the best decisions for us. Recently, we just completed our Living Trust and Pour Over Will and Jon helped us to make our Trust the beneficiary on all our policies. We are glad he is our agent. Peace of mind. Thank You.
