  I just left Allstate this no prior week. After being with them for over 7 years and no savings just increases. 270.00 for insurance on one car with no tickets or calms and the only discount was if I bundled. Each year they increase the dollar amount with no savings at all. I do not recommend this company for not taking care of their customers.

  I have two separate reviews. Belinda Browning has been the most efficient and dedicated agent that I have ever had. She displays a caring attitude and follows up with her job performance. Time and time again she has demonstrated her knowledge by assisting me with my policies. She has helped me in so many ways including moral support. I am now in a claims situation with Allstate that has been a nightmare. The process has been unbelievably slow, but Ms. Browning was able to assist me on this. Otherwise, I would probably be waiting for another year for the liability to be settled and the claim started. I would also have found another insurance company. Each step in this claim process has been miscommunicated or mishandled. It has cost me time and money, not to mention mental anguish. The only anchor I have in this storm has been Ms. Browning. I may switch companies due to this unbelievable fiasco, but I do not want to lose someone whom I trust (Ms. Browning).
