  As a property manager and owner for multiple companies I cannot say enough nice things about this company. We had a serious flood from a badly installed fire sprinkler in one of our apartment buildings. The speed at which the adjuster came to inspect -he couldn't have been more helpful and efficient- and the team members of the agency -handled our job was nothing short of a miracle esp. since we had professional tenants on a hectic deadline so we had a narrow window to complete the repairs. We have a phrase in our office that all things fall into a triangle of which one can usually only have two of three things: not cost prohibitive/efficient/functional - usually one only gets two of the three. With this company you get the full TRIO. I am now referring people to them regularly (not too many I don't want them to grow too much!! :).

  They were fine, until we had a claim. The cut-off water valve in our newly built house busted, and it created a ton of damage. The process from the very beginning has been a nightmare. First, the company assigned the most difficult adjustor to work with. He would argue basic decisions, state how he knew more than any other company, and ultimately would create more hardship for my family. Countless companies have refused to work with him since. The insurance company continuously would side with him, and the nobody would take the job because of the scope discrepancy. Eventually Farmers and the adjustor budged, but our house repair was delayed from November until March. We finally moved back in May, after nearly 7 months. The company pulled the insulation out from under the house, did not replace it, and let it set during the winter. We have a pipe that busted. Insurance will not cover it. Someone during the process created $10k worth of damage to our front yard. Insurance will not cover it. We have paid over $20k in damages. Instead, we receive snarky emails from Ms. Elliot. The entire process we have received nothing but sarcasm and pushback. Insurance is supposed to make you whole when in a time of need. This company does not do that. Instead, the following policy renewal we get a notice stating that we are being dropped, even though they will receive their money back in subrogation. Their attorney has even stated to me, that is straightforward case. The rental house owner charged a deposit fee, and even insinuated that the insurance will pick up the check. I took pictures of the move out, sent to the housing company, and the housing company agreed that the damage was fabricated. The email from Ms. Eliot throws the security deposit in our face. If you never have a claim, then they are great. However, if you have to use your insurance, be prepared.
