  I felt like Allstate saw me as an actual person who mattered. They were very nice. I had gone with Hartford, and they cancelled my home insurance and didn't tell me that 9 months after January, in September that I would no longer be covered by them. When I didn't get my September bill, I called them and was informed of this. So, I switched my home insurance from them BACK to Allstate, and I switched my car coverage, too. I had gone with Hartford to try to save money. Hartford was less at first, but kept rising

  My bank acct was hacked back in April. I immediately called Patrick Underwood to provide new acct info so my policy wouldn't lapse. He chose not to enter that info. I rec'd. Notice my policy was going to lapse. Called back and gave my info again. My policy did not lapse but my payment still went up over $60 /month. I was told I'd get a return call by Patrick and again by Liz regarding this matter. I never got a call back from either of them. When I call back I was told there was nothing they could do. I have never missed a payment or been late ,had the policy for 84 months, and they couldn't even return my call. There is something I can do Patrick Underwood. I can get better coverage with progressive for $142.00 less/months.Thanks for nothing.

  I recently updated my auto policy and it was a painless process with my local Allstate agent, Liz. She was very knowledgeable and took care of my concerns. I have been a loyal customer for many years and look forward to doing business with Allstate in the future.
