- JSJames stampflJul 23, 20241.0well, you asked for feedback about Allstate. I Had Allstate for 54 years and was proud to be with a great company until this year. I paid 187.00 per month this year my premium went up to 255.00 per month. thanks, but no thanks it's time to change. ripping off long time customers is not the way to go. I got the same coverage with another company for 135.00 per month with roadside included. this Allstate charges an additional 7.95 per month, great company no more. you lost a loyal customer.
- AKAaron KovacikSep 12, 20232.0Always super nice on the phone. But not so helpful. Kept this office when I moved back to NE Ohio. Got into my first car accident and called the office. They had me call the police station to collect additional info. The station was surprised and said usually the insurance company handles all that because that's what you're paying them to do. Called All-State back and they said since I was not at fault for the accident they do not get involved at all. They just gave me the contact info for the other driver's insurance company so I had to make the report to the other insurance company, organize the towing to their repair shop, and organize a rental car on my own. Everyone I tell this story to says that's the complete opposite of how thing's are supposed to go. Anyways, I made an immediate switch to a more local branch that seems much better organized/hands-on and I'm much happier for it
