- MRMatthew RysewykJan 29, 20261.0I regret having to leave this office after 25 years of being their customer. It started when I went add my daughter to our account late last year. We we're given a quote that was reasonable and proceeded forward. Within 2 weeks of that quote, our overall insurance doubled and the number that was given for my daughter had quadrupled! In shock, I called the office and they were also confused and said it looked like I was charged twice but they would look into it and call me back, I believe the gentleman's name was Matt. Kind and cordial he was. When the call came back, it was explained to me that the pricing was in fact not in error and it was due to updated pricing for the next period. I was again in shock and asked if they could see how this looked like a bait and switch. Throughout that conversation (the woman I cannot recall her name), I was given a lot of "I'm sorry" but no solutions. There was no consideration given to possibly exploring what changes to the insurance policies could be made to help lower the price or bring it back closer to what was originally quoted, just "I'm sorry". I understand I made some claims within the past 3 years, but this was a brutal slap to the face for a customer who was with the office when Greg Bovre was in his prime. I emailed to cancel all policies once I had secure other insurance (which was much closer to what they had originally quoted). I received no response, no confirmation nor inquiry as to why, just silence. Future buyers beware, this isn't the "Good Neighbor" it used to be.
