The flood waters reach 4ft in your house and you try to ask for help from your insurance agency! Your insurance agency gives you the run around and ultimately says I'm not helping you! You talk about having to switch insurance agencies and your trusted agent says "Well you've only paid $600 this year. When you do switch make sure they have flood insurance! Good luck with that!" In the snarkiest voice! If you live in Milwaukee WI, I feel sorry if this is your agent! Allstate should feel embarrassed having this man as an agent for their company! In the time of complete devastation and this is how you're treating people!! I pray nothing like this ever happens to you and your family.
