  Terrible insurance Terrible agent. Save yourself big problems and find someone else. They will refuse to cancel and report to credit agency

  As a member of this company for many years I'm no longer happy.I'm paying more for insurance now then when I had just bought a brand new car. I have a clean record and the price is way out of my range these days. I see why people drive without insurance 🙄. The same with the home owners insurance never made a claim yet it has more then doubled over a couple of years. I would love to stay but I think it's time to go. They don't find a way to decrease your payment for being a loyal customer

  Pretty good service but after being a loyal customer for many years I found out I was paying double what I am now paying for Progressive, not only was I paying double but that price is after doubling the coverage. So glad I did a comparison quote.

  My overall with Allstate has been overall TERRIBLE and a waste of money!!!!!!! I was directed to set up a traditional policy with Michael because the milewise program wasn’t working for me but that only worsen my situation! Randy the office manager, was extremely extremely unprofessional from our last conversation when I described the problem with my policy I was only met with frustration, she over talked me and sighed on the phone several times as if I was bothering her when she told me that the credit from my previous will be accredited when it was not nor did she tell me or anyone in the company that once I switch to a traditional policy that my policy will start over! When I spoke with Michael I explained again the issue there was not resolution as to why I wasn’t told that a new policy was going to start by Randy but only to cancel the policy SO I DID!!!!!! Randy I really hope you meet you match one day and it cost the company money and your job!!!
