Service has been somewhat inconsistent and I always talk to a new person. This reminds me on my previous 1‑800 insurance which defeats the purpose of using a local agency. I was told that State Farm is a good insurance company - I will try a different agency to see if I can find a better fit.

Julie is family, but that is not why I am leaving a 5 star review. She and her entire team have been excellent every step of the way. Seriously, one of the most enjoyable experiences getting insurance set up! I absolutely love Julie! When I first met her she was very personal with making sure all my needs were met. She even went above and beyond with another policyholder who is a family member of mine and made sure they were safe and taken care of. Over the past 14 years I’ve felt like a valued customer. In the last year or so, I wonder if there had been some misunderstanding in the office. I had a caller go over my policy and she had told me she’d send me my paperwork, I never received it. A few days later, another person called and said she wanted to schedule an appointment to review my policy. This individual kept canceling or missed our appointments. I was beginning to think the office wasn’t sure what was going on. I needed to step away and see where I could find other deals/offers that would better serve my family however SF offers a great plan for life insurance.
