  This agent is rude and dismissive. I’ve encountered them now on two separate occasions and both times they seemed bothered by my inquiry and request for help. Although it was determined that they were not the appropriate person to help with my inquiry, they displayed extreme impatience and a lack of respect, speaking over me most times and not letting me get a word out. It seemed that they were more concerned with proving me wrong than trying to help. I didn’t write a review the last time (over a year ago) because I figured maybe she was having a bad day, but two times with the same experience is consistency and I felt moved to share my experience. I truly hope that others do not have the same experience. For the record, the person that they referred me to was very kind and displayed a high degree of customer service skills!

  I have nothing negative to say about any specific Allstate agent. The Allstate company as a whole however I have a problem with. My daughter was in an accident 02/2025 and they covered that accident. My daughter was in an accident on 07/2025 and they refused to cover that accident and nothing changed on our policy or circumstances, but they still refused to cover that claim. And then we were told there was no appeal committee. Every company should have an appeal committee when dealing with stuff like that. Even medical insurance companies have appeals departments. It’s just ridiculous.

  If you have any questions or concerns and i mean any , good luck to you because literally nobody at this office knows anything or have any straight answer to you , on top of that the Agent Carlissa has an attitude and so rude
