I was ready to leave AllState because I couldn't get answers through the corporate website or calling the corporate 800 number. Finding a local agent that took the time to explain options and details, as well as ways to save on my insurance, saved me from having to change insurance companies.

- JSjared shugartJul 16, 20252.0I have always loved Allstate as a company, I still do but I am not a fan of this particular office. I have recently terminated an auto insurance policy with them. I called at 4:30pm on a Friday and spoke with Kyle. At first he told me I would now owe $500 dollars possibly and that he had no more information about that until Monday. When I asked where that number came from, he became quite short with me and it seemed that he had an attitude about me even asking. I know they owe at 5pm and were closed on weekends so I’d imagine I was hurried off of the phone with no answers at all. I found it to be a bit ridiculous so I called the customer service line and my issue was very quickly sorted. I was then contacted on Monday to be told by Kyle that I was getting a small refund. As happy as I was to hear that news I still feel things could have been handled better on Kyle’s end.
