The office reached out to me the first business day after the claim was filed online asking if I needed any assistance, and helped with any questions I had and also provided guidance to ensure my vehicle was repaired to the highest standard. The repair facility had the check in hand before I even dropped off the car. In the difficult times, the last thing I want to do is argue with insurance and I’m extremely happy to say there was none of that.
