- LALiberal AtheistFeb 16, 20232.0The younger secretary is exceptionally pleasant on the phone & in person. She does a wonderful job. I must say though that the other 2 females working there aren't nearly as friendly. They aren't rude, just not as personable. When I've stopped in there on occasion it's been a very odd kind of vibe as soon as you walk in the door. You aren't greeted with smiles and hellos, but rather questioning stares and silence until you initiate conversation. The absolute WORST person to deal with though is a guy named Mark, who's office is upstairs. I don't know that I've ever met a more arrogant, condescending & unpleasant person whom I spend a lot of money with. Zero people skills with a "holier-than-thou" demeanor. If it wasn't for the amazing job the secretary does I'd rate this business 1 star. Some people have no business dealing with the public.
