We have had issues with poor communication, miscommunication, poor representation when issues came up from the representatives in this office in addition to Thomas Gordy himself. We finally got tired of the poor service and pulled all of our policies from this agent along with Allstate per the recommendation of Thomas Gordy. When we tried to cancel our policies, they could not even get the cancelation dates correct and required several calls. Claims were horrible trying to get through with this agent and with Allstate. He had all kinds of problems every time we had to file a claim for auto and home.
