- DADennis Van Asten2 days ago1.0Worst service I have ever experienced. I've owned over 6 homes, and I was with my pervious insurance for over 12 years. Horrible service - communication - worst experience ever. I deal with contracts, T&C, customer service, invoicing, accounts payable all day long. They call you demanding thousands of dollars with an email - mail - invoice, just a threatening phone call ...pay up now. I left them, and they still took my monies, and I'm have attorneys addressing it.

I had a number of questions that required me to call them back four or five times, and every time I spoke with them, they were wonderful ! It did not matter to them how many times I called, they were very pleasant and always gave me the next step I was to take. Allstate should be very glad to know that they have people like Melissa and Stephanie working for them. Well done ladies!!
