  I had an outstanding experience working with Megan. From start to finish, her customer service was truly exceptional. Megan was knowledgeable, patient and incredibly responsive. She took the time to clearly explain all of my options, answered every question thoroughly, and made what can often feel like a complicated process simple and stress-free. I never felt rushed - she genuinely cared about helping me make the best decision for my families needs. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and follow-through were impressive. It's rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a warm and personable approach.   Tim Schappel recommended a new health care company (Network Health) after customer service at our old company went sour with very long telephone waits (usually half an hour or longer) and very hard to understand employees. My initial contact, a few days ago, with Network Health was excellent with an almost immediate response for help from a cheerful and competent lady named Carla. Carla was UNDERSTANDABLE!!   I contacted Amanda McGinness, an insurance agent at Transition Health Benefits, to help me find insurance options after losing my COBRA benefit. She helped me to find a plan on the Marketplace that fit my circumstances, quickly responded to my questions, and helped me fill out the application. I highly recommend contacting Amanda if you are looking for a health insurance plan.

  I found out near the end of January that I would no longer be covered under state insurance, and I needed to find a new plan quickly. I was referred to Transition Health Benefits through my father’s home and auto insurance agent and was connected with Corey Troiano. Corey made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Within 30 minutes or less, he helped me find the most affordable Marketplace plan that fit both my needs and my budget. His knowledge of insurance options was clear, and he was able to walk me through everything efficiently and confidently. What stood out most was his follow-through. He checked in to make sure I received my discharge paperwork from my previous insurance and is planning to follow up to ensure my first payment is made on time so there’s no lapse in coverage. I’m very grateful for Corey’s help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone—whether you’re in a time crunch or just need guidance finding the right insurance plan. I’d also highly recommend Transition Health Benefits as a company.

  Kevin at Transition Health has been absolutely amazing to work with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and made navigating health insurance plans feel clear and manageable instead of overwhelming.
