I was born and raised in the greater Milwaukee metro area and graduated from New Berlin Eisenhower after which I attended college in the UW-system at Eau Claire and Milwaukee obtaining degrees in Journalism and Mass Comm and Latin and Classical Studies. Spent months trying to get a callback and never received one until policy was overdue and spoke to both owners. Not a pleasant experience. Avoid this agent and agency! Saw this response from the owner and cannot BELIEVE IT! I left at least 2 Voicemails, and spoke to a young man in the office who SWORE he would relay the message. Your husband SCREAMED at me from the very 1st second I spoke with him. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. YOU ARE THE ANGRY ONES! I should go back and pull my phone log and prove you are incorrect. And at least one of them is from my mother’s LANDLINE. Not worth my time I have replaced your overpriced, Poor service with a much better company.
