Changing criteria for claims. This email was sent to (redacted) 3 days ago...(Redacted mentioned that I need a doctor's not for reimbursement for each day lost due to the injury and then changed the criteria for each day) I don't appreciate how you changed the story about the Doctor's note. You told me that you needed a note and now you're going back on that statement and mentioned that I need a note for each day? Also, you said that I'd get four 4 days pay which I haven't received. You also said that I would be getting 400 dollars reimbursement when you sent me a cancelled check for 500 dollars. I never received the check for 400. Allstate's customer service has been abysmal when I needed them most. The good hands are asking for a handout, not to support.
- SHSheila HoltanAug 10, 20241.0I dont like how my premiums have skyrocketed. from 5/7/23 to 8/7/24 my 3 policies have increased 178.68. thats crazy and dont know how much longer i can afford to pay this. im paying over 7 grand a year to this company and it just keeps going up. our cars are 9, 12 and 21 years old. And we have had no claims ever on any of our policies. Im paying more for insurance than i ever have. we pay you more for the premiums on these policies than property tax on this property.
