  I would give zero stars if that was possible. This outfit is an absolute disgrace to our community. I did not seek them or their services but was reassigned to them from Joe Clark when he retired. They never called or scheduled a meet and greet or policy review. Zero communication for months until I got an email saying my homeowner premium hadn’t been paid. I looked it up with my mortgage company and saw that it has been paid it December out of escrow for the last several years so I responded to that effect. Then today I got an email from this agent saying that they still hadn’t been paid and I was going to be canceled. I spent the next several hours on the phone with my mortgage company and allstate while this agent did nothing except blame me and or the mortgage company for not paying. After several hours and multiple multi-way phone calls it turned out that indeed my mortgage company had paid the bill on December 5th and Allstate cashed the check and applied the payment to a totally different policy number from a different company different home address and different owner on December 24. I called this agent to report the finding and she had already left to go home and her office would only take a message for her at 3pm! So I emailed her again and she continued to blame me or someone else for all of this when in fact she is the agent and is being paid to administrate our policies. Needless to say she is fired and she will lose multiples homes, vehicles and umbrella policies due to her dereliction of duty. Normally I don’t post negative reviews, but I did not ask for this agent and she was gifted my business. She never showed any consideration or gratitude for the business nor any desire for customer service. Her only correspondence or concern was when she wanted to get paid and even then it was her company and Allstates mistake. Wenatchee is way better than Heidi Huddle and we can all be glad for that!

  Outstanding service from start to finish! The Allstate team was responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to resolve an issue with our policy after an inspection. They made a stressful situation easy to navigate and provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from an insurance company. Highly recommend!
