Doesn’t answer his phone line in the year i’ve been with allstate i’ve only been able to talk to him personally ONCE. after several attempts. He gets an attitude if you ask for direction when you get into a collision if your not familiar with the situation. Hung up on me far stating that it shouldn’t be this hard to get ahold of him. just horrible agent over all allstate is a good company but have people like Alex representing them holding them down. be mindful of who that put as your agent and hope it’s not Alex Mikhno.
