- RRRex RolleMar 24, 20261.0My experience at this office was absolutely ridiculous. They got both names on the policy wrong despite taking drivers licenses for both. They somehow got my age wrong by 11 years, which kicked me into the "youthful driver" category and drove my premium up. They got the age of the other person on the policy wrong too. As such, the insurance card they sent me had FOUR errors on it. I went to the office of Gustavo Soares, much closer to my house, in person, and switched away from this location. Just seeing my agent Aaron again this morning, he told me that this office left an internal comment bad-mouthing him as disrespectful and unprofessional for "poaching" me as a customer. No, you drove me away, he didn't do anything but help me fix my premium when I chose to change agents. I cannot fathom how you could get so many things wrong and not have other 1 star reviews. This can't be isolated. The front desk lady needs to get it together. This was a ridiculous experience. You are the unprofessional one. Avoid this agency.
