- CGCody GauntNov 26, 20251.0Been with Allstate for over 10years changed my bank account then they told me I didn't change it. They couldn't get ahold of me so they canceled my account . Called them back a few days later to see what was going on, now I had to make a new account I'm paying $200 more, total of $500 this place is a scam wouldn't recommend.

Several months ago I spoke with someone and told them my husband was no longer driving and wondered if I could get a lower rate. I was told he would have to voluntarily surrender his license which he did last week. I called today to tell this to this agency and was told my rates will go UP because I will no longer get the multi driver discount. Wouldn’t you think the original person I spoke with would have warned me of this?! I am furious!!!
