  Been with Allstate for over 10years changed my bank account then they told me I didn't change it. They couldn't get ahold of me so they canceled my account . Called them back a few days later to see what was going on, now I had to make a new account I'm paying $200 more, total of $500 this place is a scam wouldn't recommend.

  I recently changed to Allstate with this agency. I can no longer recommend them. Several months ago I spoke with someone and told them my husband was no longer driving and wondered if I could get a lower rate. I was told he would have to voluntarily surrender his license which he did last week. I called today to tell this to this agency and was told my rates will go UP because I will no longer get the multi driver discount. Wouldn’t you think the original person I spoke with would have warned me of this?! I am furious!!!

  10/27/23 UPDATE: the money I was TOLD I was being refunded which was supposed to be 195$ turned out to be 4. It took me several times of calling to even get in contact with an agent; who still barely could comprehend his own policies. DO NOT USE Allstate or this office if you value efficiency and competency. This insurance office is a COMPLETE joke, they have raised my insurance prices to almost 200$ a month over the last year and a half . They are extremely unprofessional and rude. They don’t care about any of their clients. I called Farmers Insurance and had a cheaper quote for the same insurance within 20 mins. Do NOT use Allstate or this office if you need insurance, they are crooks and they don’t care.

  We’ve had home and auto policies with Allstate since 2016. During that time we’ve never shopped and never had any claims. In May I received my monthly automatic payment reminder (in 3 days your payment will process) in which I discovered our auto premium had increased 40%. We haven’t had any tickets or accidents that would have negatively impacted rates. Other than the automatic payment reminder I did not receive any notification of the change. When I called the agency to discuss they did not have any explanation, then eventually said it’s because WA state is no longer allowing for credit to impact insurance rates, so everyone’s rates are increasing regardless of credit, payment history or driving record. Throughout this conversation, Janet was very rude. I ended the conversation by asking Janet to have the agent, Jim, review and reach out to me. It’s been over a month since I made that request, and no attempts at contact have been made. As a result, effective today, the policies have been moved elsewhere.
