  Been with Allstate for over 10years changed my bank account then they told me I didn't change it. They couldn't get ahold of me so they canceled my account . Called them back a few days later to see what was going on, now I had to make a new account I'm paying $200 more, total of $500 this place is a scam wouldn't recommend.

  I recently changed to Allstate with this agency. I can no longer recommend them. Several months ago I spoke with someone and told them my husband was no longer driving and wondered if I could get a lower rate. I was told he would have to voluntarily surrender his license which he did last week. I called today to tell this to this agency and was told my rates will go UP because I will no longer get the multi driver discount. Wouldn’t you think the original person I spoke with would have warned me of this?! I am furious!!!

  I am very comfortable with my salesman (I'm very old, so I can't remember his name off hand. He was very nice, no pressure. I trust it will go that smoothly if I should ever need an emergency fix.

  I’m not one to write reviews, especially poor ones, but I was very disappointed in my experience with them. I have been with Allstate for 2 years now and I worked with agent Charles Fletcher, who was always compassionate and friendly in any situation. When my auto policy was set to renew, I called a few times and didn’t get a call back twice. No big deal, I work in the service industry and totally understand something getting swept under the rug. What really bothered me was the conversation I had to alleviate an issue with my policy, Thompson kept saying he sees the issue and doesn’t understand why but can’t help me. For reference, I have a 2016 Nissan which they quoted me to still pay $230/month in insurance with no wreck or violations. I have been overcharged in the past for whatever reason but they used to always get my issue resolved. This time, all I got was “well your car is a hybrid or electric right? That’s why it’s so high.” When I told him it was not, I was met with a bunch of ums, wells, and “yeah that seems really steep but I wouldn’t blame you for shopping around”. Just doesn’t seem like they care too much about devoted customers. I never switch any provider of anything, but I did have to go to Progressive, which he honestly encouraged me to do. Pretty disappointed, I’m sad my old agent is gone.
