  I was insured through John Tiffany’s Allstate agency for several years, and my premium gradually increased to $140/month for basic coverage. When I reached out requesting a policy review to ensure I was getting the best rate, I never received a response. Out of curiosity, I checked Allstate’s website and was quoted $107/month for the same coverage I had been paying $140 for. That raised obvious concerns. I have since switched to Progressive, where I am now paying about half the price for more coverage than I had through this agency. Based on my disappointing experience, I strongly recommend double-checking your policy and rates if you use this agency.

  Can't say enough great things about Allstate and my agent John Tiffany. If your in the market for any insurance needs, stop your search and make the call. I was recently involved in a single vehicle accident. My first call was to my wife to let her know I was ok and the second to my agent. I was put at ease immediately, the level of communication was on point and the process was worked through quickly. It's been 4 weeks since my incident and I already have my new vehicle insured and ready to go. Thank you John and team!
