- ASAmanda StearnsDec 4, 20251.0I was insured through John Tiffany’s Allstate agency for several years, and my premium gradually increased to $140/month for basic coverage. When I reached out requesting a policy review to ensure I was getting the best rate, I never received a response. Out of curiosity, I checked Allstate’s website and was quoted $107/month for the same coverage I had been paying $140 for. That raised obvious concerns. I have since switched to Progressive, where I am now paying about half the price for more coverage than I had through this agency. Based on my disappointing experience, I strongly recommend double-checking your policy and rates if you use this agency.
