  Horrible horrible business practices!!! I've been getting a call every day for over a month now from this place. I live over 200 miles away from the Ken Fightmaster office. Why would I want insurance from him? Not sure how they got my number but I would be leary of working with an insurance agent who constantly calls, doesn't leave a message as to why and since I never answer, you would think they would get the hint. They will probably be pushing you into coverage you don't need just to make a buck! Response to the owners comments below: So most NORMAL businesses leave a message on a customer's voice mail when they call. You did not. The agent you are talking about is actually You Ken Fightmaster. At least when I called back that is what I found out. Most people do not answer their phones these days to someone who calls and doesn't leave a message. It's general knowledge with the scammers out there, once you answer a call from an unknown number, you are forever on a list to set yourself up for a scam. There was no identification, no message left with the 15 calls made from your company since February 9, 2026. That is excessive for any business. So you see where I'm coming from, it read scam! Still feels like a scam. Hence why I reported and gave the one star reviews. To warn other consumers that this number must be a scam. If you are a reputable business, why wouldn't you leave a message? I'll tell you why, it was obvious you use a dialer to get your clients. I know as a potential customer, I don't want to be put on hold by a voice mail. Something that is common among scammers. Instead of giving me lame excuses of what I don't understand etc, maybe you should use this well earned one star review, as a tool to restructure your business practices.

  Ken and Monica are the most efficient and friendly people! Anything I have asked for they have completed immediately. They sincerely make every phone call or appointment the most pleasant experience.

  I keep getting offers for lower insurance rates and my insurance rates keep going up with allstate claiming it's because of where I live and bad drivers. Why? Maybe I should see what's available elsewhere.
