- MMMichelle MadsenMar 24, 20261.0Never had to make a claim but sure got the run around with this company… Had mutual for a month then got told I couldn’t have it for a past accident and when it fell off I would go back to moral.. well for 3 yrs I’ve got the run around saying in feb then when feb came around was told in November then told when 3 yrs as stand comes up. We’ll never got the same story twice, so will be changing back to old insurance that I never should have changed from in first place but believed all the lies!! They tell ya what you want to suck you in then change your policy anyways. Terrible communication!! Shouldn’t even be a 1 star
