Property was listed at $139k we were putting 75k down from our HELC and doing a conventional land loan for the remaining balance. But Ms. McNamara refused the offer because she wanted to close sooner. Seems to me that she just wanted a bidding war. If she just wanted a cash out then her listing should have said cash out only. Most unprofessional realtor we have ever dealt with. We would recommend that you choose any other company but this one.
