  Worked with Ariel Howell in getting quotes on auto and home insurance policies. She was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Great communication, honest, and kept me well informed. Unfortunately, Allstate's policies were more expensive than some other insurance agencies but would consider them in the future if things change.

  Not helpful when issues arise and will just direct you to the main company - you might as well buy direct. Spoiler, buying direct is cheaper. This agency did some weird things with my plan which resulted in my being on a non-standard plan for the first year. When I went to update it, I had to pay an extra fee for 2 YEARS for having come from a non-standard plan. I finally recently cancelled after many years of complacency and found WAY BETTER rates elsewhere. Only then were they interested in being helpful and understanding why I was leaving. When I looked at a quote from Allstate to just purchase my insurance directly as part of my shopping, their quote was half what I was paying through this office, despite them claiming I was at the best price. Definitely avoid - I'm now having a billing issue on the cancellation and crickets....

  We've had homeowners & auto insurance with Jeremy for many years. We've had a burglary that involved making a claim. We've had to change our coverage to account for changes in our circumstances. Through all this he's been consistent, attentive, and offered good follow through. When he could save us money by changing, even improving our coverage, he did. Can't recommend him highly enough. And I find his rates to be very reasonable.
